Spectators: 8485 (Terracing: 6365, Seating: 1951, VIP seats: 169) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ernestin Brünisholz started the match with the kick off. Brenles FC's Norbert Furst played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patrizio Huber in the 5th minute of play. Norbert Furst took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Falco Klein, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 16th play minute Kuncho Glavchev came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Norbert Furst. 1-0. After 20 played minutes Brenles FC got a freekick which was hit by Hubert Martinelli. 26 minutes into the match, Brenles FC's goalkeeper Norbert Furst had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kuncho Glavchev. When the match clock showed 27 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Bruno Guimarães sped through Brenles FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Norbert Furst. In the 33rd minute, Kuncho Glavchev made a precise shot to the right of Norbert Furst. Brenles FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Kuncho Glavchev succeeded in the game's 37th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 5-0. Norbert Furst came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Lugano's Kuncho Glavchev. But to his dismay, Kuncho Glavchev quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 7-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bruno Guimarães to make the kick off. Norbert Furst showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Falco Klein in the 53rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kuncho Glavchev in the 56th minute of play forced Brenles FC's goalkeeper Norbert Furst to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Norbert Furst made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kuncho Glavchev in the 61st minute of play. Norbert Furst didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kuncho Glavchev went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 9-0 was the resulting score. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kuncho Glavchev in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Norbert Furst saved Brenles FC from getting behind. Norbert Furst made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kuncho Glavchev in the 77th minute of play. 78 minutes into the game, Kuncho Glavchev cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 10-0. Norbert Furst was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 82nd minute, Kuncho Glavchev made a precise shot to the right of Norbert Furst. Brenles FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 11-0. Bruno Guimarães scored 12-0 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Norbert Furst, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Brenles FC's Norbert Furst played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kuncho Glavchev in the 90th minute of play. After some careless play in the Brenles FC defense, Kuncho Glavchev kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Norbert Furst. The Brenles FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Norbert Furst should have stopped the shot. Norbert Furst made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kuncho Glavchev in the 95th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kuncho Glavchev in the 97th minute of play forced Brenles FC's goalkeeper Norbert Furst to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lugano's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
