Yusuf Ziya Cerit ran back to his position shaking his head. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Jack Saunders put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Norbert Furst. In the 20th minute Fred Lara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Norbert Furst saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 22nd minute of the match FC Lugano got a corner. Brenles FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Zhao Le Sen ran over to the corner to take the kick. Raimund Borner thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Norbert Furst, a very annoying self made goal in the 22nd minute which led to 0-3. Norbert Furst showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jack Saunders in the 28th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fred Lara in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Norbert Furst prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Norbert Furst was left in no man's land by his defense there! FC Lugano made a substitution. Klas Tingelholm replaced Jack Saunders. FC Lugano's Benoit Ritieni was substituted for Jakub Waselenczuk. Norbert Furst was out of position in the 65 minute of play, and Klas Tingelholm capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Klas Tingelholm really showed his touch with that goal: 0-8. 69 minutes into the game, Benoit Ritieni recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Norbert Furst. Benoit Ritieni showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-9. Yusuf Ziya Cerit scored 0-10 in the 71st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Norbert Furst, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match clock showed 74 minutes, the score became 0-11 when Fred Lara sped through Brenles FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Norbert Furst. Norbert Furst made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fred Lara in the 78th minute of play. Norbert Furst didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 83rd minute, which inside left pole to 0-13. The supporters of FC Lugano booed when Brenles FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Laslo Weibel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Klas Tingelholm could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Norbert Furst made a huge save. FC Lugano's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
