Spectators: 5100 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 100) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Pascal Gosselin kicked off to start the match. 5 minutes into the game, Alexander Küng was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chancy's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Sarajevo SG the free kick. A collision led to Chancy getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Alexander Küng hit a great ball. Hamilton Häfeli came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Sarajevo SG's Fabrizio Saluz. But to his dismay, Fabrizio Saluz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 17 minutes into the match, Chancy's goal looked a bit too open when Fabrizio Saluz came free, but Hamilton Häfeli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hamilton Häfeli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Denis Schott, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Christy Ulrich recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alexander Küng lost his temper 30 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. 30 minutes into the game, one of Chancy:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave FC Sarajevo SG a penalty, 32 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Donald Doggwiler, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Chancy's Hamilton Häfeli. 0-2. 36 minutes into the match, Denis Schott had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hamilton Häfeli. Chancy's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Denis Schott was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. In the 45th minute, Denis Schott made a precise shot to the right of Hamilton Häfeli. Chancy's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Denis Schott made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christy Ulrich in the 52nd minute of play forced Chancy's goalkeeper Hamilton Häfeli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fabrizio Saluz succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-5 in the 53rd playminute. 55 minutes into the match, FC Sarajevo SG's Fabrizio Saluz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hamilton Häfeli narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 57th minute, Samuel Fischer ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hamilton Häfeli was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. In the 60th minute, Alphonse Durrer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hamilton Häfeli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Denis Schott, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Hamilton Häfeli made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Fabrizio Saluz sent off a good shot on target. 71 minutes into the game, FC Sarajevo SG's Denis Schott nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hamilton Häfeli made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-7. 73 minutes into the game, Samuel Fischer was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Sarajevo SG's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chancy the free kick. After 73 played minutes FC Sarajevo SG got a freekick which was hit by Samuel Fischer. Simon Straumann made in the 78th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Silvanus Kreienbühl however managed to control. A collision led to Chancy getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Silvanus Kreienbühl hit a great ball. Hamilton Häfeli made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fabrizio Saluz in the 81st minute. Hamilton Häfeli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bruno Schurter in the 85th minute of the match. 86 minutes into the match, Fabrizio Saluz notched a goal, 0-8, to the right of Chancy's Hamilton Häfeli. Hamilton Häfeli was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. FC Sarajevo SG played a much better game than Chancy and deserved their victory. The Chancy players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
