In the 4th minute, Graben's Antonio Mayor seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Antonio Mayor the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Graben protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Antonio Mayor had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 5 played minutes Graben got a freekick which was hit by Antonio Mayor. 6 minutes into the match, SL Benfica's Nicola Léveillé sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Simon Rankel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by 庞骏博 during the 9th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Through an outstanding action, after 11 minutes, Simon Rankel successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Jimeno Savier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Alwin Dubler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 20th minute, Raffaele Conti made a precise shot to the right of Simon Rankel. Graben's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Alwin Dubler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Laurenzo Wagner in the 29th minute of play. After a rather tough play, SL Benfica's Nicola Léveillé got a free kick in the 30th minute. Tim Valkenaers hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Graben's goalkeeper Simon Rankel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jimeno Savier charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jimeno Savier the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 41 played minutes Graben got a freekick which was hit by Jimeno Savier. Graben's Simon Rankel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Graben from getting a goal against them. Simon Rankel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Harry Spiess, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Richmond Dirckx hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Simon Rankel made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Clemens Albiez sent off a good shot on target. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Laurenzo Wagner managed to get in a good position for a shot. Graben's supporters rose to their feet, but Laurenzo Wagner was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alwin Dubler breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 65th minute, 庞骏博 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicola Léveillé in the 66th minute of play forced Graben's goalkeeper Simon Rankel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 71 minutes into the game, Clemens Albiez cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Simon Rankel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Laurenzo Wagner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 84th minute Laurenzo Wagner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alwin Dubler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Graben's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Percy Bieri in the 85th minute. A nice corner shot did that Percy Bieri got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Alwin Dubler quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After a defensive mix-up in SL Benfica's zone, Laurenzo Wagner stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alwin Dubler came out of the goal and Laurenzo Wagner tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 89 minutes into the match, Graben's goal looked a bit too open when Clemens Albiez came free, but Simon Rankel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. SL Benfica's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
