An unexpectedly hard shot by Fridericus Vogel in the 7th minute of play forced Red-Skorpion's goalkeeper Michael Theiler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 17th match minute, Cartygny was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andre Widenmeier to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 19 minutes, Fridericus Vogel put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Michael Theiler. Lukas Bonato placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! After a rather tough play, Cartygny's Fridericus Vogel got a free kick in the 29th minute. Michael Theiler didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lukas Bonato went, in the 42nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

After 52 minutes, Simon Pfund mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cartygny and the Red-Skorpion players grew even worse after the yellow card. Timoteo Bouchard kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. A hard shot 66 in the game by Fridericus Vogel from a close distance when the talented Michael Theiler managed to make a qualified save. Red-Skorpion's players were relieved. Michael Theiler came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Cartygny's Fridericus Vogel. But to his dismay, Fridericus Vogel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. In the 73rd minute, Fridericus Vogel made a precise shot to the right of Michael Theiler. Red-Skorpion's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Red-Skorpion's Michael Theiler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lukas Bonato in the 82nd minute of play. Kristoffer Reck showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Geoff Schwarz in the 90th minute of the match. In the 95th minute Geoff Schwarz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kristoffer Reck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Cartygny had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
