Ur Sal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dominique Lischer in the 14th minute of the match. Ur Sal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julius Willimann in the 17th minute of play. In the 17th minute, Julius Willimann ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ur Sal was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 27 minutes into the match, ZION AC's goal looked a bit too open when Maximilien Siedler came free, but Ur Sal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 29 minutes into the match, Suruç's goal looked a bit too open when Manuel Frey came free, but Nils Rast reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 32nd minute, Maximilien Siedler made a precise shot to the right of Ur Sal. ZION AC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. In the 37th minute, Dominique Lischer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Julius Willimann recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Quentin Amstad to make the kick off. After some careless play in the Suruç defense, Quentin Amstad kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nils Rast. The Suruç fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nils Rast should have stopped the shot. In the 55th match minute, ZION AC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Quentin Amstad to maneuver through the defense. In the 58th minute, Julius Willimann fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Ur Sal, passed just outside the right post. Nils Rast took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gabriel Meier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 67th minute Julius Willimann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ur Sal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Julius Willimann kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Nils Rast showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gabriel Meier, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Suruç's Nils Rast played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabriel Meier in the 75th minute of play. Suruç's Samuele Rohner was substituted for Elijah Gloeckner. The supporters of ZION AC booed when Suruç was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Francesco Baumeister didn't get a good kick on the ball. The supporters of Suruç booed when ZION AC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nathaniel Gloeckner didn't get a good kick on the ball.
