Spectators: 4597 (Terracing: 3595, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 2) Sydney Baiano started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 3rd minute, Boris Burkhart got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Marc Maurer's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gavino Gaur read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 5th minute of play. After 6 played minutes FC Seitenstecher got a freekick which was hit by Andrew Robertson. After 11 minutes FC Barcelona's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Herman Himmelreich who took care of the corner kick. The corner led FC Seitenstecher's Gyula Gere to fire away a dangerous shot which Gavino Gaur despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. FC Seitenstecher's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Herman Himmelreich in the 12th minute. The corner led FC Seitenstecher's Herman Himmelreich to fire away a dangerous shot which Gavino Gaur despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Gavino Gaur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marc Maurer, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. If Boris Burkhart had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 27 minutes into the match, FC Seitenstecher's goal looked a bit too open when Okan Golovichev came free, but Silvester Bürgi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gavin Giacomozzi hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Sydney Baiano in the 33rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Silvester Bürgi, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Gavino Gaur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Beatus Schmitt in the 39th minute of play. A collision led to FC Barcelona getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Fedele Colonna hit a great ball. Gavino Gaur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Beatus Schmitt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 44 played minutes FC Seitenstecher got a freekick which was hit by Ciro Cavallaro. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

In the 51st minute Beatus Schmitt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gavino Gaur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gavino Gaur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Beatus Schmitt, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Beatus Schmitt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Gavino Gaur made a huge save. FC Barcelona's Gavino Gaur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Beatus Schmitt in the 61st minute of play. In the 61st minute, Beatus Schmitt ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gavino Gaur was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. In the 68th match minute, FC Seitenstecher was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gregory Brix to maneuver through the defense. Marc Maurer hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. FC Seitenstecher's Silvester Bürgi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sydney Baiano in the 73rd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Elroy Kolb's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Silvester Bürgi was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in FC Barcelona's zone, Beatus Schmitt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gavino Gaur came out of the goal and Beatus Schmitt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Silvester Bürgi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ignacio Barbosa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Ignacio Barbosa came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the FC Barcelona fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ignacio Barbosa couldn't finish the play. In the 90th minute, Sydney Baiano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Silvester Bürgi was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. FC Barcelona had won after a very even match.
