In the 86thth minute of the game Benoit von Arb who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cala's Moritz Wechsler was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Pierre Van Geertruyden sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Üzeyir Orhan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Remo Nannarone read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. The Cala fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Moritz Wechsler should have stopped the shot.
