Gavino Gaur made an important save on a dangerous shot by Michael Bürgin in the 17th minute. With 22 minutes on the clock, Ramiro Tróia commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 21st minute, one of FC Barcelona:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for FC Barcelona. When the match had been going on for 23 minutes, Mogege FC's Hamilton Blattmer got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Gavino Gaur. When FC Barcelona's Sydney Baiano in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A nice corner shot did that Sydney Baiano got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Herve Bur quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

52 minutes into the match, FC Barcelona's goal looked a bit too open when Michael Bürgin came free, but Gavino Gaur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Mogege FC's Herve Bur got control of the ball when Okan Golovichev tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee ignored FC Barcelona's protests and gave Mario Vinciguerra a yellow card for diving instead. In the 95th minute, Mario Vinciguerra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to FC Barcelona getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Gavin Giacomozzi hit a great ball. Mogege FC were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing FC Barcelona to leave the ground with a draw.
