Maxence Schlatter made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Torin Shuster in the 3rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustavo Kottmann in the 4th minute of play forced Swissport AFC's goalkeeper Maxence Schlatter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC Rio Tinto's Nicolai Marfurt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olivier Bizier in the 5th minute of play. Maxence Schlatter came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Rio Tinto's Dominik Cascarella. But to his dismay, Dominik Cascarella quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. FC Rio Tinto were furious when Liborius Zeffiro was red carded, 16 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 15th minute of the game. One of FC Rio Tinto:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Swissport AFC:s goal. Sam Uliassi shot the penalty kick right outside the post. In the 19th match minute, Swissport AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Timothy Liniger to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to FC Rio Tinto getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Torin Shuster hit a great ball. In the 21st minute, Istvan Aschwanden hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nicolai Marfurt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olivier Bizier in the 29th minute of play. 37 minutes into the match, FC Rio Tinto's goal looked a bit too open when Olivier Bizier came free, but Nicolai Marfurt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nicolai Marfurt stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Olivier Bizier's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. Emanuele Buschor kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Maxence Schlatter stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Torin Shuster's shot from short distance in the 46th minute. Nicolai Marfurt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olivier Bizier in the 47th minute of the match. The Swissport AFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FC Rio Tinto were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Olivier Bizier made a kick off. Maxence Schlatter made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Torin Shuster in the 54th minute of play. Swissport AFC's Maxence Schlatter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Torin Shuster in the 55th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Torin Shuster in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Maxence Schlatter saved Swissport AFC from getting behind. The supporters of FC Rio Tinto booed when Swissport AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Olivier Bizier didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 59th minute, Torin Shuster got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Colin Verreau struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Maxence Schlatter didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Rio Tinto. Nicolai Marfurt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emanuele Buschor in the 67th minute of play. Torin Shuster's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 69thth minute, Maxence Schlatter skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 72nd minute Olivier Bizier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicolai Marfurt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nicolai Marfurt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olivier Bizier in the 79th minute of play. Maxence Schlatter made an important save on a dangerous shot by Torin Shuster in the 81st minute. In the 82nd minute Olivier Bizier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicolai Marfurt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Olivier Bizier took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nicolai Marfurt. Nicolai Marfurt dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. 89 minutes into the game, Olivier Bizier cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Nicolai Marfurt was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 93 minutes into the match, FC Rio Tinto's goal looked a bit too open when Olivier Bizier came free, but Nicolai Marfurt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nicolai Marfurt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olivier Bizier in the 95th minute of the match. Swissport AFC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
