The Aus Ende Vorbei fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Friedel Aschwanden should have stopped the shot. 28 minutes into the match, Aus Ende Vorbei's goal looked a bit too open when Arthur Hengemühl came free, but Friedel Aschwanden reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Aus Ende Vorbei's Luca Kopp got a free kick in the 44th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Tarada's Massimo Wechsler was substituted for Leif Kohler. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Damian Wills made a kick off. Tarada's Henrick Zeier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gordon Scenna in the 59th minute of play. With a little luck, Aus Ende Vorbei's Friedel Aschwanden got control of the ball when Adam Wielowiejski tried to sneak it across the goal line. Henrick Zeier came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by Aus Ende Vorbei's Damian Wills. But to his dismay, Damian Wills quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. 67 minutes into the game, Domenico Verna was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Aus Ende Vorbei's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tarada the free kick. After 67 played minutes Aus Ende Vorbei got a freekick which was hit by Domenico Verna. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Gordon Scenna managed to get in a good position for a shot. Aus Ende Vorbei's supporters rose to their feet, but Gordon Scenna was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Henrick Zeier breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Domenico Verna hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Arthur Hengemühl's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 79thth minute, Friedel Aschwanden skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Domenico Verna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 82nd minute Marcel Eichelberger shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Friedel Aschwanden saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arthur Hengemühl's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Friedel Aschwanden firmly grabbed it by the left post. Henrick Zeier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jürgen Rondinelli, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. In the 88th minute Jürgen Rondinelli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henrick Zeier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
