Liborius Zeffiro's late challenge caught a Aus Ende Vorbei's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Liborius Zeffiro helped the player get up and apologised. After 2 played minutes FC Rio Tinto got a freekick which was hit by Liborius Zeffiro. Jürgen Rondinelli got in the 6th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Nicolai Marfurt handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 6 minutes, Jürgen Rondinelli put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Nicolai Marfurt. Nicolai Marfurt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jürgen Rondinelli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gordon Scenna took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nicolai Marfurt. Nicolai Marfurt dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. FC Rio Tinto's Nicolai Marfurt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jürgen Rondinelli in the 16th minute of play. Nicolai Marfurt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damian Wills, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 19th minute of the match Aus Ende Vorbei got a corner. FC Rio Tinto's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Abraham Pfenniger ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Abraham Pfenniger got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Nicolai Marfurt quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When Aus Ende Vorbei's Damian Wills in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Rio Tinto's goalie prevented a goal. Nicolai Marfurt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gordon Scenna in the 22nd minute of play. Nicolai Marfurt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gordon Scenna, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Friedel Aschwanden took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Torin Shuster, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 26 minutes into the match, Domenico Verna had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nicolai Marfurt. FC Rio Tinto's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Domenico Verna was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. FC Rio Tinto's Nicolai Marfurt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damian Wills in the 31st minute of play. Nicolai Marfurt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damian Wills in the 37th minute of play. Nicolai Marfurt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jürgen Rondinelli in the 38th minute of the match. In the 40th minute, Jürgen Rondinelli left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Aus Ende Vorbei fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. After a defensive mix-up in FC Rio Tinto's zone, Domenico Verna stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nicolai Marfurt came out of the goal and Domenico Verna tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some careless play in the FC Rio Tinto defense, Gordon Scenna kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nicolai Marfurt. The FC Rio Tinto fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nicolai Marfurt should have stopped the shot. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Torin Shuster stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Aus Ende Vorbei's attentive Damian Wills managed to snatch the ball when Istvan Aschwanden made a throw-in in the 51st minute of the game. Gordon Scenna's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nicolai Marfurt read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. FC Rio Tinto's Nicolai Marfurt proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save FC Rio Tinto from getting a goal against them. In the 60th minute of the match Aus Ende Vorbei got a corner. FC Rio Tinto's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. The supporters of Aus Ende Vorbei booed when FC Rio Tinto was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joachim Emhardt didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jürgen Rondinelli came free with the goalkeeper in the 62nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Nicolai Marfurt could save by the left post. In the 64th minute Aus Ende Vorbei were awarded a corner. Abraham Pfenniger went to the cornerflag to take it. Friedel Aschwanden showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Torin Shuster in the 65th minute of the match. In the 65th minute, Torin Shuster ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Friedel Aschwanden was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-6. Nicolai Marfurt made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gordon Scenna in the 70th minute. After 71 played minutes FC Rio Tinto got a freekick which was hit by Dominik Cascarella. Nicolai Marfurt was a little too slow when Damian Wills got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 75th minute. The score was now 1-8. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Damian Wills in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nicolai Marfurt prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gordon Scenna kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. When Gordon Scenna got the opportunity to take care of a free kick it resulted in a really dangerous shot that almost went in the goal. Instead the ball went too high, a missed opportunity for Aus Ende Vorbei. Nicolai Marfurt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gordon Scenna in the 82nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Domenico Verna in the 88th minute of play forced FC Rio Tinto's goalkeeper Nicolai Marfurt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 89 minutes into the match, Domenico Verna dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Nicolai Marfurt, 1-10. Abraham Pfenniger got a throw-in 93 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Gordon Scenna. FC Rio Tinto's Nicolai Marfurt proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save FC Rio Tinto from getting a goal against them. Nicolai Marfurt was out of position in the 95 minute of play, and Gordon Scenna capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Gordon Scenna really showed his touch with that goal: 1-11. Aus Ende Vorbei's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
