Spectators: 9233 (Terracing: 6926, Seating: 2124, VIP seats: 183) Fire Devils's Edmílson Gaúcho started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmílson Gaúcho in the 2nd minute of play forced RealBJK's goalkeeper Frederic Van Der Heijden to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Fire Devils's Iosif Vornic slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Frederic Van Der Heijden. That made the score 1-0 after 3 minutes of play. 6 minutes into the game, Dariusz Nalaskowski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Frederic Van Der Heijden was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Frederic Van Der Heijden came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Fire Devils's Edmílson Gaúcho. But to his dismay, Edmílson Gaúcho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dariusz Nalaskowski in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Frederic Van Der Heijden saved RealBJK from getting behind. In the 20th minute, Fire Devils's Iosif Vornic ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Frederic Van Der Heijden. Frederic Van Der Heijden yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0. Edmílson Gaúcho scored 5-0 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Frederic Van Der Heijden, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With splendid footwork Iosif Vornic arrived in front of goal to shoot 6-0 by the left pole in the game's 27th minute. In the 31st minute Sven-Arne Bengtsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frederic Van Der Heijden saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 31 minutes, Sven-Arne Bengtsson took a quick shot and it went in 7-0 without a chance for Frederic Van Der Heijden to make any attempt to save it. Iosif Vornic took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Frederic Van Der Heijden. Frederic Van Der Heijden dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. In the 37th minute, Giovanni De Felice hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 38th minute, Narcis Druță ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Frederic Van Der Heijden was frozen by the shot and now it was 9-0. In the 46th match minute, RealBJK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hasso Lapierre to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edmílson Gaúcho got free with Frederic Van Der Heijden in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Af the end of the first half the score was 10-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Frederic Van Der Heijden showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sven-Arne Bengtsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. When Iosif Vornic came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Fire Devils fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Iosif Vornic couldn't finish the play. In the 55th minute of the match Fire Devils got a corner. RealBJK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Narcis Druță ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Narcis Druță got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Frederic Van Der Heijden quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Frederic Van Der Heijden showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dariusz Nalaskowski in the 61st minute of the match. After 62 minutes, Hasso Lapierre mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the RealBJK and the Fire Devils players grew even worse after the yellow card. Frederic Van Der Heijden took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmílson Gaúcho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edmílson Gaúcho in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Frederic Van Der Heijden prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 69 minutes, Ismael Kalnik mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fire Devils and the RealBJK players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of RealBJK booed when Fire Devils was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ismael Kalnik didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 70th match minute, RealBJK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Renald Lazarev to maneuver through the defense. Frederic Van Der Heijden made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmílson Gaúcho in the 71st minute of play. After 72 minutes, Edmílson Gaúcho made it 13-0 with a short kick to the right side. RealBJK's Frederic Van Der Heijden tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Sven-Arne Bengtsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 77 minutes into the match, RealBJK's goal looked a bit too open when Sven-Arne Bengtsson came free, but Frederic Van Der Heijden reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Frederic Van Der Heijden didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Fire Devils's Edmílson Gaúcho shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 14-0 in the ordered_time% minute. Edmílson Gaúcho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Frederic Van Der Heijden tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dariusz Nalaskowski's late challenge caught a RealBJK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dariusz Nalaskowski helped the player get up and apologised. In the 82nd minute, Dariusz Nalaskowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 84th minute Garson Pfäffli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frederic Van Der Heijden saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edmílson Gaúcho took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Frederic Van Der Heijden. Frederic Van Der Heijden dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 15-0. Frederic Van Der Heijden showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sven-Arne Bengtsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Frederic Van Der Heijden stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edmílson Gaúcho's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. When the referee ended the match the Fire Devils players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
