Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Paulo Seco was the one to do the kick off. Armağan Mukremin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonas Herz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 61 minutes into the match, Flatline Zombies's goal looked a bit too open when Jonas Herz came free, but Armağan Mukremin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 62nd minute of the match Zelg FC got a corner. Flatline Zombies's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Albain Furst ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Zelg FC's Albain Furst to fire away a dangerous shot which Armağan Mukremin despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 68 minutes into the match, Flatline Zombies's goal looked a bit too open when Jonas Herz came free, but Armağan Mukremin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 69th minute Liborius Müller shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sepp Mainville saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Jonas Herz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jonas Herz scored 2-0 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Armağan Mukremin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Armağan Mukremin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gilles Clerc in the 87th minute of play. After some careless play in the Flatline Zombies defense, Jonas Herz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Armağan Mukremin. The Flatline Zombies fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Armağan Mukremin should have stopped the shot.
