Ämmer Sportfreaks were awarded a corner in the 9th minute after Zelg FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Willem Rinert took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Willem Rinert got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Sepp Mainville quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The audience was convinced that Gutierre Lauri's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sepp Mainville was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. After 11 played minutes Zelg FC got a freekick which was hit by Irwin Monney. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jonas Herz in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fergus Maina prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Zelg FC were awarded a corner in the 15th minute after Ämmer Sportfreaks's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Albain Furst took the corner. Fergus Maina showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonas Herz in the 18th minute of the match. Gutierre Lauri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Sepp Mainville tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ämmer Sportfreaks's Fergus Maina played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonas Herz in the 22nd minute of play. Sepp Mainville took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gutierre Lauri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Silverio Godoy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Ämmer Sportfreaks fans' excitement grew in the 31st match minute when Ämmer Sportfreaks's Gutierre Lauri looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 46th minute, Willem Rinert ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sepp Mainville was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jonas Herz to make the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gutierre Lauri in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. Fergus Maina showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonas Herz in the 70th minute of the match. Sepp Mainville showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alwin Känel, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Ämmer Sportfreaks would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
