B68 Toftir were awarded a corner in the 11th minute after Ämmer Sportfreaks's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Lázaro Lizbeth took the corner. At last the ball reached Khvicha Kvaratskhelia at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of Ämmer Sportfreaks. 1-0. In the 16th minute Silverio Godoy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Beat Leutwyler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of B68 Toftir booed when Ämmer Sportfreaks was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lars Chauvet didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Silverio Godoy in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Beat Leutwyler prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Beat Leutwyler took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silverio Godoy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind B68 Toftir's goalkeeper Beat Leutwyler, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Lázaro Lizbeth was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 38th minute. B68 Toftir's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. With a little luck, Ämmer Sportfreaks's Fergus Maina got control of the ball when Khvicha Kvaratskhelia tried to sneak it across the goal line. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lázaro Lizbeth to make the kick off. Napoleon Moczkiewicz's late challenge caught a B68 Toftir's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Napoleon Moczkiewicz helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Ämmer Sportfreaks getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Napoleon Moczkiewicz hit a great ball. Khvicha Kvaratskhelia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 57 minutes into the match, Ämmer Sportfreaks's goal looked a bit too open when Lázaro Lizbeth came free, but Fergus Maina reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gutierre Lauri might have been able to make a better finish in the 60th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Beat Leutwyler. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gutierre Lauri ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 63rdth minute of the game Maximino Goi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ämmer Sportfreaks's Fergus Maina was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Beat Leutwyler breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
