Bosvoorde's Tjorven Worteleers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Willy Verduin in the 16th minute of play. 17 minutes into the match, Bosvoorde's goal looked a bit too open when Arend Baboeuf came free, but Tjorven Worteleers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 19th match minute, Warzee was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Charles-Louis Valckeners to maneuver through the defense. If Willy Verduin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Claude Van Gorpt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Warzee's Arend Baboeuf got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tjorven Worteleers stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Willy Verduin's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. A collision led to Bosvoorde getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Kris Steckens hit a great ball. In the 34thth minute of the game Willy Verduin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bosvoorde's Tjorven Worteleers was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Charl Quinet didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Siebe Coeckelberghs went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. If Claude Van Gorpt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Arend Baboeuf came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Warzee fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arend Baboeuf couldn't finish the play. Willy Verduin might have been able to make a better finish in the 47th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tjorven Worteleers. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Willy Verduin ran back to his position shaking his head. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Willy Verduin to strike the kick off in the second half. With his leg Tjorven Worteleers managed to avoid a goal in the 53rdth minute, when Warzee's Willy Verduin fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Willy Verduin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tjorven Worteleers having to interfere. With his leg Tjorven Worteleers managed to avoid a goal in the 57thth minute, when Warzee's Willy Verduin fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 58thth minute of the game Robby Slegers who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Warzee's Charl Quinet was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The long shot by Jorg Ravoet in the 60th minute really tested Tjorven Worteleers's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. After some careless play in the Bosvoorde defense, Arend Baboeuf kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tjorven Worteleers. The Bosvoorde fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tjorven Worteleers should have stopped the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arend Baboeuf got free with Tjorven Worteleers in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bosvoorde's Tjorven Worteleers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Willy Verduin in the 71st minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Warzee's zone, Siebe Coeckelberghs stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Charl Quinet came out of the goal and Siebe Coeckelberghs tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 77th minute Willy Verduin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tjorven Worteleers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Siebe Coeckelberghs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Warzee's zone, Siebe Coeckelberghs stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Charl Quinet came out of the goal and Siebe Coeckelberghs tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Siebe Coeckelberghs in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Charl Quinet prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Harrie Kersselaers hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Bosvoorde's Siebe Coeckelberghs got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 92nd minute, Roderik Van den Broeck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 95th minute Willy Verduin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tjorven Worteleers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Warzee eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
