Spectators: 7524 (Terracing: 5644, Seating: 1730, VIP seats: 150) Isidoor Wagemans made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oscar Van Aertvin in the 5th minute of play. Isidoor Wagemans came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Ortho's Julien De Weerdt. But to his dismay, Julien De Weerdt quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Oscar Van Aertvin struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Isidoor Wagemans didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Ortho. Julien De Weerdt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FC Ortho's Steff Wauters played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Qwinten De Groot in the 15th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Lionel Lions's zone, Julien De Weerdt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Isidoor Wagemans came out of the goal and Julien De Weerdt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Edwin Verhulst received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Steff Wauters tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 21 played minutes FC Ortho got a freekick which was hit by Olliver Coryn. 22 minutes into the game, Andrew Reijnders was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Ortho's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lionel Lions the free kick. After a rather tough play, FC Ortho's Andrew Reijnders got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Luckas Renotte took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 26th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Isidoor Wagemans. Lionel Lions's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Qwinten De Groot succeeded in the game's 27th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ludo Tilens in the 32nd minute of play forced Lionel Lions's goalkeeper Isidoor Wagemans to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 34 played minutes, FC Ortho's Balthazar Vrijdag shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Isidoor Wagemans came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC Ortho reached it. After a rather tough play, FC Ortho's Andrew Reijnders got a free kick in the 36th minute. After 39 minutes of play, FC Ortho's Oscar Van Aertvin made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Isidoor Wagemans was left in no man's land by his defense there! Steff Wauters took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Qwinten De Groot, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Qwinten De Groot managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lionel Lions's supporters rose to their feet, but Qwinten De Groot was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Steff Wauters breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Ludo Tilens in the 52nd minute of play forced Lionel Lions's goalkeeper Isidoor Wagemans to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edwin Verhulst's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Steff Wauters firmly grabbed it by the left post. Olliver Coryn charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Olliver Coryn the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Qwinten De Groot sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, FC Ortho's Steff Wauters got control of the ball when Edwin Verhulst tried to sneak it across the goal line. Isidoor Wagemans took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oscar Van Aertvin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 63rd minute, Olliver Coryn made a precise shot to the right of Isidoor Wagemans. Lionel Lions's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Andrew Reijnders's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Isidoor Wagemans read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. Steff Wauters made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edwin Verhulst in the 71st minute. FC Ortho's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Qwinten De Groot 72 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-2. After having played for 76 minutes, Andrew Reijnders managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Ortho's supporters crossed their fingers, but Andrew Reijnders was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 83 minutes, Oscar Van Aertvin made it 4-2 with a short kick to the right side. Lionel Lions's Isidoor Wagemans tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Steff Wauters came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Lionel Lions's Edwin Verhulst. But to his dismay, Edwin Verhulst quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-3. Steff Wauters showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Qwinten De Groot, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Steff Wauters made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Qwinten De Groot in the 96th minute of play.
