Spectators: 7491 (Terracing: 5619, Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 149) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Matt Colebinders took the kick off in the first half of the match. Bas Van Linthoud's late challenge caught a SK Marbais's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bas Van Linthoud helped the player get up and apologised. Bas Van Linthoud hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. In the 7th minute Frits Decaluwe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tadeusz Niedbalski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, SK Marbais's Dimitry Huybrechts got control of the ball when Dany De Meyer tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gregorie Paelinck in the 12th minute of play forced FC Guibertin's goalkeeper Tadeusz Niedbalski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 13 minutes into the game, Gregorie Paelinck was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SK Marbais's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Guibertin the free kick. After 14 played minutes SK Marbais got a freekick which was hit by Gregorie Paelinck. Dany De Meyer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gregorie Paelinck kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. With his leg Dimitry Huybrechts managed to avoid a goal in the 26thth minute, when FC Guibertin's Ronald Tailleur fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Quentin Kestens hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, FC Guibertin's Bas Van Linthoud got a free kick in the 31st minute. Dany De Meyer was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 34th minute. FC Guibertin's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Dany De Meyer's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dimitry Huybrechts read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. Dimitry Huybrechts made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dany De Meyer in the 45th minute. Dimitry Huybrechts made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matt Colebinders in the 46th minute of play. Matt Colebinders received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Dimitry Huybrechts tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ben Van Boxstael to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute Ben Van Boxstael shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tadeusz Niedbalski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dimitry Huybrechts showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dany De Meyer in the 58th minute of the match. 59 minutes into the game, Frits Decaluwe was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ben Van Boxstael in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tadeusz Niedbalski saved FC Guibertin from getting behind. After 71 played minutes FC Guibertin got a freekick which was hit by Kenn Vuerinx. When Kenn Vuerinx fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Guibertin's protests and gave Kenn Vuerinx a yellow card for diving instead. In the 74th minute, Kenn Vuerinx hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tadeusz Niedbalski was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Felix Dumont. Tadeusz Niedbalski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ben Van Boxstael, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. SK Marbais's Dimitry Huybrechts played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dany De Meyer in the 83rd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Matt Colebinders in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dimitry Huybrechts saved SK Marbais from getting behind. If Dany De Meyer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 97th match minute, SK Marbais was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cesar Cuejvers to maneuver through the defense.
