Serge Bruyneel kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. 14 minutes into the match, RSC Kompany's goal looked a bit too open when Kim Van Meerbeek came free, but Axell Neefs reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Oupeye's Kim Van Meerbeek in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Axell Neefs stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kim Van Meerbeek's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. RSC Kompany's Axell Neefs played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jannes Uijtterhoven in the 27th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Oupeye's zone, Arno Vandekerkhove stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lorenz De Baere came out of the goal and Arno Vandekerkhove tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Oupeye's Fabrice Vanooteghem got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Arno Vandekerkhove fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lorenz De Baere having to interfere. Jannes Uijtterhoven struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Axell Neefs didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Oupeye. Roger Bauwmans charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Roger Bauwmans the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Roger Bauwmans hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. In the 46th minute, Kim Van Meerbeek left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Oupeye fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. The RSC Kompany players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Oupeye were winning 0-1.

54 minutes into the game, Roger Bauwmans recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Axell Neefs. Roger Bauwmans showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. Joannes Wigghers's late challenge caught a RSC Kompany's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Joannes Wigghers helped the player get up and apologised. 60 minutes into the game, one of Oupeye:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Anthony Balthazar placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! The audience thought a goal was coming when Fabrice Vanooteghem got free with Axell Neefs in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Fabrice Vanooteghem could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Axell Neefs made a huge save. RSC Kompany's Axell Neefs proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save RSC Kompany from getting a goal against them. Jannes Uijtterhoven took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Axell Neefs. Axell Neefs dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. The audience was convinced that Arno Vandekerkhove's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lorenz De Baere was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. Arno Vandekerkhove struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Lorenz De Baere didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for RSC Kompany. Oupeye's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
