Spectators: 7424 (Terracing: 5569, Seating: 1707, VIP seats: 148) FC Pinoboys's Yannik Postens started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With a little luck, FC Pinoboys's Samuel Roulin got control of the ball when Hugo Van der Perren tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 19th minute, Renaut Gyselinck reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Samuel Roulin. The goal made the score 1-1. Tim Verheyden received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Jorg Vanden Broucke tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tim Verheyden in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jorg Vanden Broucke prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 30 minutes into the match, Charly v.Parijs's goal looked a bit too open when Tim Verheyden came free, but Jorg Vanden Broucke reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 31 minutes into the game, Yannik Postens cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Jorg Vanden Broucke was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Hugo Van der Perren came free with the goalkeeper in the 35th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Samuel Roulin could save by the left post. Jorg Vanden Broucke took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yannik Postens, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 40thth minute of the game Tim Verheyden who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Charly v.Parijs's Jorg Vanden Broucke was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jorg Vanden Broucke took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tim Verheyden, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Renaut Gyselinck made the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tim Verheyden got free with Jorg Vanden Broucke in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tim Verheyden who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 64thth minute tested the skills of Jorg Vanden Broucke when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 69th match minute, Charly v.Parijs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hugo Van der Perren to maneuver through the defense. When Tim Verheyden came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the FC Pinoboys fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tim Verheyden couldn't finish the play. Hugo Van der Perren blasted a shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Samuel Roulin having to make a save. Samuel Roulin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Renaut Gyselinck, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hugo Van der Perren in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Samuel Roulin saved FC Pinoboys from getting behind. Tim Verheyden fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorg Vanden Broucke having to interfere.
