Pierre-Alexandre De Kerpel charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pierre-Alexandre De Kerpel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Pierre-Alexandre De Kerpel kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pierre-Alexandre De Kerpel got free with Julien Helsen in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Stefaan Van Den Linden kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nicolaas Gheysen to make the kick off. After some careless play in the Club Jemappes defense, Pierre-Alexandre De Kerpel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Julien Helsen. The Club Jemappes fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Julien Helsen should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicolaas Gheysen in the 69th minute of play forced Wijnendaal's goalkeeper Lucien Lingier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 75th minute Pierre-Alexandre De Kerpel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julien Helsen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Julien Helsen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pierre-Alexandre De Kerpel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 77 minutes into the game, Wijnendaal's Pierre-Alexandre De Kerpel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Julien Helsen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. 81 minutes into the match, Wijnendaal's goal looked a bit too open when Nicolaas Gheysen came free, but Lucien Lingier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nicolaas Gheysen in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lucien Lingier saved Wijnendaal from getting behind. In the 86th minute, Club Jemappes's Jonathan De Hoef ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Lucien Lingier. Lucien Lingier yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-3. Julien Helsen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pierre-Alexandre De Kerpel in the 90th minute of the match. In the 90th match minute, Club Jemappes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jannis Snoekens to maneuver through the defense. Nicolaas Gheysen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Lucien Lingier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Club Jemappes played a much better game than Wijnendaal and deserved their victory. The Wijnendaal players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
