Puttenen's supporters rose to their feet, but Octaaf Baboeuf was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Enzo Switten breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jorn Beets in the 21stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Enzo Switten, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Sylven Hoeybroeck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 38 played minutes, Xhavee's Pascal Rijmenams shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Harald Sloeve came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Xhavee reached it. Jammy Terwenhout sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Xhavee's Enzo Switten proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Xhavee from getting a goal against them. 53 minutes into the match, Xhavee's goal looked a bit too open when Jorn Beets came free, but Enzo Switten reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Octaaf Baboeuf took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Enzo Switten. Enzo Switten dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Xhavee's Jammy Terwenhout got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Xhavee's zone, Octaaf Baboeuf stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Enzo Switten came out of the goal and Octaaf Baboeuf tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Puttenen had played much better football throughout.
