Bernt Huijghens didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Reinaert De Groote went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. 37 minutes into the match, Fagnolle's goal looked a bit too open when Dirk Limpens came free, but Harrie De Geutter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 76th minute Alexander De Ryck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernt Huijghens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mickael Claevers's late challenge caught a Fagnolle's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mickael Claevers helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, KSV Wandre's Mickael Claevers got a free kick in the 80th minute. The audience was convinced that Reinaert De Groote's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bernt Huijghens was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. In the 93rd minute, Reinaert De Groote ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bernt Huijghens was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. For all the effort they put into the match, the KSV Wandre players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Fagnolle.
