Spectators: 6726 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Waud Van Bouschot got the match started through his kick off. 7 minutes into the match, FC Aulnay's goal looked a bit too open when Waud Van Bouschot came free, but Octavian Valckenaerts reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 9 minutes into the match, Pamel's goal looked a bit too open when Tran De Meyer came free, but Manu Coveliers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Manu Coveliers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tran De Meyer, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. In the 11th minute Liviu Achim shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manu Coveliers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 12 minutes of play, FC Aulnay's Arne Henskens made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Manu Coveliers was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 16th match minute, FC Aulnay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Liviu Achim to maneuver through the defense. When Liviu Achim got the opportunity to take care of a free kick, it resulted in a really dangerous shot that almost went in the goal. Instead the ball hit the crossbar and flew out of bounds. 20 minutes into the match, Tran De Meyer had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Manu Coveliers. Pamel's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tran De Meyer was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. The crowd rose to their feet as Pamel's Waud Van Bouschot slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Octavian Valckenaerts. That made the score 1-2 after 24 minutes of play. If Waud Van Bouschot had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Waud Van Bouschot struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Octavian Valckenaerts didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pamel. The nice shot from Roger Borglevens in the 32ndth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Octavian Valckenaerts had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. Roger Borglevens took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Octavian Valckenaerts. Octavian Valckenaerts dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. In the 42nd minute of the match Yanis De Potter shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Octavian Valckenaerts showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Manu Coveliers didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Liviu Achim went, in the 45th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. After the first half FC Aulnay were leading 2-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Liviu Achim made a kick off. Octavian Valckenaerts made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roger Borglevens in the 53rd minute of play. In the 53rd match minute, FC Aulnay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arne Henskens to maneuver through the defense. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pamel's goalkeeper Manu Coveliers, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. FC Aulnay's Octavian Valckenaerts played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roger Borglevens in the 62nd minute of play. 64 minutes into the match, Pamel's goalkeeper Manu Coveliers had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Corneliu Simion. FC Aulnay's Jerry Wouters was substituted for Arne Henskens. Liviu Achim received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Manu Coveliers tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Waud Van Bouschot in the 79th minute of play forced FC Aulnay's goalkeeper Octavian Valckenaerts to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dênis Hoffmann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 82 minutes into the match, FC Aulnay's goal looked a bit too open when Roger Borglevens came free, but Octavian Valckenaerts reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 83 minutes into the game, Siebe Baumans was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pamel's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Aulnay the free kick. Siebe Baumans hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Octavian Valckenaerts showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Siebe Baumans in the 85th minute of the match. Liviu Achim in the 90thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Manu Coveliers, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Manu Coveliers made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Liviu Achim sent off a good shot on target. 93 minutes into the game, Tran De Meyer cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-5. Manu Coveliers was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. FC Aulnay played a much better game than Pamel and deserved their victory. The Pamel players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
