After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Willem-Jan Lannoye managed to get in a good position for a shot. CHELSEA FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Willem-Jan Lannoye was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. The supporters of CHELSEA FC booed when Rumes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hendrik Sterkx didn't get a good kick on the ball. William Geest recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. William Geest fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dreas Van Gorpt having to interfere. In the 84th minute, Willem-Jan Lannoye made a precise shot to the right of Dreas Van Gorpt. Rumes's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1.
