In the 5th minute Dante Pulix shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Niki Overloop saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wit Ziombkowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maurus Van Calster in the 7th minute of the match. In the 9th minute, Denis de Vleeschouwer made a precise shot to the right of Niki Overloop. Harivaux's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Harivaux's Niki Overloop proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Harivaux from getting a goal against them. After 88 played minutes, Lobbes's Octav Budac shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Niki Overloop came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Lobbes reached it. 89 minutes into the match, Denis de Vleeschouwer notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of Harivaux's Niki Overloop. Niki Overloop was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
