Spectators: 6723 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 0) After a rather tough play, Zandvoorde's Diederiek Simons got a free kick in the 2nd minute. In the 5th minute, Yanniek Ackermans made a precise shot to the right of Lorenzo Aelgoet. Zandvoorde's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Zandvoorde's Kenneth Schautens got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lorenzo Aelgoet came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by KFC Dohan's Yanniek Ackermans. But to his dismay, Yanniek Ackermans quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Paulus Van Looy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without George Van Linthaut having to interfere. In the 19th minute, Kenneth Schautens hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erik-Jan Render in the 22nd minute of play forced Zandvoorde's goalkeeper Lorenzo Aelgoet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 25 minutes into the game, KFC Dohan's Yanniek Ackermans nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lorenzo Aelgoet made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. After 29th play minutes Erik-Jan Render shot 0-4, a short shot which went by Lorenzo Aelgoet and just under the crossbar into goal. George Van Linthaut made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kenneth Schautens in the 36th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Xander Balckmans during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Lorenzo Aelgoet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yanniek Ackermans, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Erik-Jan Render fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lorenzo Aelgoet having to interfere. Lorenzo Aelgoet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erik-Jan Render in the 45th minute of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Paulus Van Looy to make the kick off. Diederick de Nijs received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Lorenzo Aelgoet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Paulus Van Looy blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without George Van Linthaut having to make a save. Through an outstanding action, after 70 minutes, Lorenzo Aelgoet successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 73rdth minute of the game Erik-Jan Render who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Zandvoorde's Lorenzo Aelgoet was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A well-hit corner resulted in Diederick de Nijs heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Erik-Jan Render in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lorenzo Aelgoet prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kenneth Schautens struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. George Van Linthaut didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Zandvoorde. In the 85th minute of the match, Diederick de Nijs got a very nice opportunity to score, but Lorenzo Aelgoet was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. When KFC Dohan's Erik-Jan Render in the 88th minute got a chance for a shot 88th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Zandvoorde's goalie prevented a goal. Yanniek Ackermans might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lorenzo Aelgoet. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Yanniek Ackermans ran back to his position shaking his head. After having played for 94 minutes, Yanniek Ackermans managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. KFC Dohan's supporters crossed their fingers, but Yanniek Ackermans was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Zandvoorde were furious when Diederiek Simons was red carded, 97 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 96 minutes into the game, one of Zandvoorde:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 99th minute there was a penalty for KFC Dohan. Xander Balckmans stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Lorenzo Aelgoet. 0-7. KFC Dohan played a much better game than Zandvoorde and deserved their victory. The Zandvoorde players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
