Emile Weygaers could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Thomas Baert made a huge save. 6 minutes into the game, Emile Weygaers recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Thomas Baert. Emile Weygaers showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Sylvain Verdeyen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thomas Baert made an important save on a dangerous shot by Emile Weygaers in the 13th minute. When the match had gone on for 15 minutes, Sylvain Verdeyen took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Thomas Baert to make any attempt to save it. FC de PATTATTESHOTTERS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sylvain Verdeyen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
