The supporters of De Famille FC booed when Scorpions Moalen United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Siebe Styles didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 4 minutes, Jim Goffeyn managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. De Famille FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jim Goffeyn was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Stef Colebrants's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 6thth minute, Gerrit Hacke skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abel Deconynck in the 12th minute of play forced De Famille FC's goalkeeper Pierre-Alexandre Verengen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 0-2 became the score in the 14th minute when Soren Terreur elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 23 minutes into the match, Soren Terreur had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pierre-Alexandre Verengen. De Famille FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Soren Terreur was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Soren Terreur took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pierre-Alexandre Verengen. Pierre-Alexandre Verengen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Pierre-Alexandre Verengen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abel Deconynck in the 30th minute of the match. Pierre-Alexandre Verengen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Soren Terreur, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Pierre-Alexandre Verengen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Soren Terreur in the 33rd minute of the match. Soren Terreur took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pierre-Alexandre Verengen. Pierre-Alexandre Verengen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. After 45 played minutes, Scorpions Moalen United's Siebe Styles shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Pierre-Alexandre Verengen came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Scorpions Moalen United reached it.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Soren Terreur was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Soren Terreur in the 54th minute of play forced De Famille FC's goalkeeper Pierre-Alexandre Verengen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 55th minute, Stefan De Loose hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Joop Streels received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Pierre-Alexandre Verengen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 59 minutes into the game, Fernand Van Meensel recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Pierre-Alexandre Verengen. Fernand Van Meensel showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-7. Pierre-Alexandre Verengen was out of position in the 64 minute of play, and Soren Terreur capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Soren Terreur really showed his touch with that goal: 0-8. Stef Colebrants received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Gerrit Hacke tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, De Famille FC's Dries Dechamps got a free kick in the 70th minute. Pierre-Alexandre Verengen made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Fernand Van Meensel sent off a good shot on target. In the 75th minute, Fernand Van Meensel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Scorpions Moalen United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-9. 86 minutes into the match, De Famille FC's goal looked a bit too open when Soren Terreur came free, but Pierre-Alexandre Verengen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, De Famille FC's Pierre-Alexandre Verengen got control of the ball when Fernand Van Meensel tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 89th minute, Scorpions Moalen United's Soren Terreur ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Pierre-Alexandre Verengen. Pierre-Alexandre Verengen yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-12. Stefan De Loose kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. 95 minutes into the match, Scorpions Moalen United's Gustaaf Reijdams broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. A collision led to De Famille FC getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Qwinten Voet hit a great ball. Scorpions Moalen United's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
