Thomas Smets stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Silvain Huybreghts's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. In the 17th match minute, Eine was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kasper Torfs to maneuver through the defense. Thomas Smets made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvain Huybreghts in the 19th minute of play. When Freddy Van Laer fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Eine 's protests and gave Freddy Van Laer a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of RSC Havay booed when Eine was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Freddy Van Laer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eine 's Thomas Smets proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Eine from getting a goal against them. But to his dismay, Karel De Mol quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Karel De Mol fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arsene De Weijngaert having to interfere. In a very dangerous position, a player in RSC Havay fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 34th minute. Penalty! RSC Havay:s Arsene De Weijngaert showed great skill when he stopped Simon Ourogge:s penalty. After a rather tough play, RSC Havay's Thibau Reiniers got a free kick in the 36th minute. In the 38th match minute, Eine was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Freddy Van Laer to maneuver through the defense. Silvain Huybreghts received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Thomas Smets tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Karel De Mol came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Eine fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Karel De Mol couldn't finish the play. Jaques Van Der Linden struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Thomas Smets didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for RSC Havay. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Jaques Van Der Linden in the 78th minute of play forced Eine 's goalkeeper Thomas Smets to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thomas Smets stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Silvain Huybreghts's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. After 81 minutes of play, RSC Havay's Silvain Huybreghts made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Thomas Smets was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jaques Van Der Linden sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 89th minute, Jaques Van Der Linden got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Luk De Weyngaert fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arsene De Weijngaert having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. RSC Havay had played much better football throughout.
