Spectators: 6690 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1690, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Hendrik Van Der Heijden started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, Ravels's Hendrik-Jan Sanders got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Vic Van Beets showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alain Versluys, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. When Tommie Van der Goten came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the KAA Wisterzee fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tommie Van der Goten couldn't finish the play. Vic Van Beets showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alain Versluys in the 14th minute of the match. In the 20th match minute, KAA Wisterzee was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Toon Smidts to maneuver through the defense. Gunter Van de Wal scored 1-0 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Luukas Van Hallebeeck, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Vic Van Beets showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alain Versluys in the 29th minute of the match. Luukas Van Hallebeeck was out of position in the 32 minute of play, and Hendrik Van Der Heijden capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Hendrik Van Der Heijden really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. In the 35thth minute of the game Alain Versluys who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ravels's Vic Van Beets was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Hendrik-Jan Sanders hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, KAA Wisterzee's Youri Van Deinze tried to score from far away in the 37th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After 38 played minutes Ravels got a freekick which was hit by Arnold Overloop. After 40 played minutes Ravels got a freekick which was hit by Jerome Vinck.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tommie Van der Goten stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Tommie Van der Goten had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tommie Van der Goten's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vic Van Beets read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. In the 60th minute Tommie Van der Goten shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vic Van Beets saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 64th minute, Tommie Van der Goten got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tommie Van der Goten blasted a shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vic Van Beets having to make a save. Ravels's Vic Van Beets played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tommie Van der Goten in the 79th minute of play. Tuur Kempeneers's late challenge caught a Ravels's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tuur Kempeneers helped the player get up and apologised. In the 82nd minute, Tuur Kempeneers hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ravels's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Tommie Van der Goten 96 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-1. Ravels's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
