Renaud Rouckeloos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Simon Milters in the 4th minute. Simon Milters blasted a shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Renaud Rouckeloos having to make a save. In the 19th minute Maxime Paaps shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joppe Van Bever saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Sivry booed when Stampershoek was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pierre-Olivier Coussement didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 25 played minutes Stampershoek got a freekick which was hit by Alfons De Mol. After 34 played minutes Sivry got a freekick which was hit by Lenny Van Laer. Stampershoek's defense didn't have a chance, in the 42nd minute, when Simon Milters scored to the left of an out of position Renaud Rouckeloos, making the score, 2-1. Simon Milters in the 46thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Renaud Rouckeloos, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jo Geldhof to strike the kick off in the second half. Jo Geldhof fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joppe Van Bever having to interfere. Joppe Van Bever showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oliver Huijbrechs, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Bernd Verbeke took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 58th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Joppe Van Bever. Sivry's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Stampershoek's zone, Simon Milters stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Renaud Rouckeloos came out of the goal and Simon Milters tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 64 minutes, Lenny Van Laer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sivry's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lenny Van Laer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Sivry booed when Stampershoek was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomas Vansteenbrugge didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Simon Milters's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Renaud Rouckeloos was relentless in the 67th minute of the game. After 76 minutes, Simon Milters made it 3-1 with a short kick to the right side. Stampershoek's Renaud Rouckeloos tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Sivry's Joppe Van Bever proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Sivry from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Stampershoek's zone, Simon Milters stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Renaud Rouckeloos came out of the goal and Simon Milters tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Gaetan Naegels had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tomas Vansteenbrugge hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Sivry's Simon Milters got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
