The tension between the Peulis and the FC ARROJA players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 23rd match minute, Peulis was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lars Verlinden to maneuver through the defense. When Lars Verlinden was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 24 minutes had been played. FC ARROJA's Martin Van Ghele got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Nicklas Gullesson managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC ARROJA's supporters rose to their feet, but Nicklas Gullesson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mitch De Ketelaere breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Anselmo Di Giandomenico's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Mitch De Ketelaere firmly grabbed it by the left post. Nicklas Gullesson scored 2-0 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mitch De Ketelaere, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Nicklas Gullesson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicklas Gullesson in the 63rd minute of play forced Peulis's goalkeeper Mitch De Ketelaere to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 67 minutes into the game, FC ARROJA's Daan Reijckmans nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mitch De Ketelaere made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. Nicklas Gullesson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Mitch De Ketelaere tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leo De Paepe took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mitch De Ketelaere. Mitch De Ketelaere dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. After 76 played minutes Peulis got a freekick which was hit by Diederick Steenbeeck. Jarne Simons sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Peulis defense, Martin Van Ghele kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mitch De Ketelaere. The Peulis fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mitch De Ketelaere should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daan Reijckmans in the 91st minute of play forced Peulis's goalkeeper Mitch De Ketelaere to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 92 played minutes Peulis got a freekick which was hit by Mike Debock. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leo De Paepe in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mitch De Ketelaere saved Peulis from getting behind. Uoti Riihijärvi made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Jarne Simons sent off a good shot on target. In the 96th minute, Anselmo Di Giandomenico hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. FC ARROJA fully deserved thier win.
