After a defensive mix-up in FC DE KEMPEN's zone, Hubert Latomme stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mathieu De Prins came out of the goal and Hubert Latomme tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 9 minutes into the match, FC DE KEMPEN's goal looked a bit too open when Herbert Uijterhoeven came free, but Mathieu De Prins reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 12 minutes into the game, FC DE KEMPEN's Rodolfo Obano nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sebastian De Raedemaeker made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Matteo Depelsmaker kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. In the 24th minute, Dimitri Du Sausois hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 28 played minutes FC DE KEMPEN got a freekick which was hit by Frederik Lanen. Sebastian De Raedemaeker made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodolfo Obano in the 36th minute of play. After 41 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Langemark! In the 43rd minute there was a penalty for FC DE KEMPEN. Diederik Henskens stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Sebastian De Raedemaeker. 0-2. After 45 played minutes Langemark got a freekick which was hit by Herbert Uijterhoeven. Çağdaş Daman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Sebastian De Raedemaeker tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Langemark players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FC DE KEMPEN were winning 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Herbert Uijterhoeven was the one to do the kick off. Mathieu De Prins took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Herbert Uijterhoeven, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Herbert Uijterhoeven in the 57th minute of play forced FC DE KEMPEN's goalkeeper Mathieu De Prins to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hubert Latomme fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mathieu De Prins having to interfere. Mathieu De Prins showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hubert Latomme in the 63rd minute of the match. In the 64th minute Hubert Latomme shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mathieu De Prins saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edward De Wulf hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Mathieu De Prins came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Langemark's Herbert Uijterhoeven. But to his dismay, Herbert Uijterhoeven quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. If Herbert Uijterhoeven had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Rudi Van Hallebeeck managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC DE KEMPEN's supporters rose to their feet, but Rudi Van Hallebeeck was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sebastian De Raedemaeker breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 94 minutes into the game, Matteo Depelsmaker was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Langemark's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC DE KEMPEN the free kick. Matteo Depelsmaker hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Ray Bollaert's late challenge caught a FC DE KEMPEN's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ray Bollaert helped the player get up and apologised. In the 96th match minute, Langemark was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ray Bollaert to maneuver through the defense. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the FC DE KEMPEN players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
