Spectators: 6709 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1709, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Ward Van de Loock made the kick off which started today's match. In the 6th minute of the match Ricky Saelens sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dries Van Lint skillfully saved the ball. George Swiggers fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cederique Luijten having to interfere. George Swiggers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Cederique Luijten tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 14 minutes, Norbert Van Crickinghe mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AFC Otrange and the SPORTING MAROC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ward Van de Loock sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cederique Luijten was a little too slow when Paulus Pardaens got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 21st minute. The score was now 1-0. In the 26th minute, Rob Rummens hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sam van Hagenborgh charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sam van Hagenborgh the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. AFC Otrange's George Swiggers got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind SPORTING MAROC's goalkeeper Cederique Luijten, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. George Swiggers in the 35thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Cederique Luijten, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, George Swiggers managed to get in a good position for a shot. AFC Otrange's supporters rose to their feet, but George Swiggers was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cederique Luijten breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 47 minutes into the match, SPORTING MAROC's goalkeeper Cederique Luijten had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by George Swiggers.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Paulus Pardaens to make the kick off. If Ward Van de Loock had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to SPORTING MAROC getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Douglas Aelgoet hit a great ball. In the 60th match minute, AFC Otrange was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Norbert Van Crickinghe to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, SPORTING MAROC's Ricky Saelens tried to score from far away in the 61st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Dries Van Lint made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jules Ingelborgh in the 63rd minute. Paulus Pardaens's late challenge caught a SPORTING MAROC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Paulus Pardaens helped the player get up and apologised. In the 68th minute, Paulus Pardaens hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jules Ingelborghs short, quick shot in the 71stth minute got Dries Van Lint to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Jules Ingelborgh struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Dries Van Lint didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SPORTING MAROC. Guy Van Vyve charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Guy Van Vyve the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to AFC Otrange getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Guy Van Vyve hit a great ball. If Jules Ingelborgh had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Benny Van Clynenbreugel fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored AFC Otrange's protests and gave Benny Van Clynenbreugel a yellow card for diving instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by George Swiggers in the 88th minute of play forced SPORTING MAROC's goalkeeper Cederique Luijten to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 91 minutes, Paulus Pardaens managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AFC Otrange's supporters crossed their fingers, but Paulus Pardaens was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. George Swiggers sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. George Swiggers took the ball and in the 94 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cederique Luijten. Cederique Luijten dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. When the referee ended the match the AFC Otrange players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
