Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Andreas Theunis made the kick off and thus started the match. After a defensive mix-up in VC Winksele's zone, Harold Van Houdtvinck stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kobe Hollanders came out of the goal and Harold Van Houdtvinck tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 10 minutes into the game, Andreas Theunis cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Stefan Du Molin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of KSV Snaaskerke booed when VC Winksele was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brent Tailleur didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Andreas Theunis in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Stefan Du Molin saved KSV Snaaskerke from getting behind. 22 minutes into the match, KSV Snaaskerke's goal looked a bit too open when Vic Rockloos came free, but Stefan Du Molin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vic Rockloos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Stefan Du Molin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 31stth minute of the game Andreas Theunis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KSV Snaaskerke's Stefan Du Molin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Levi Ryers fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored VC Winksele's protests and gave Levi Ryers a yellow card for diving instead. After 32 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for VC Winksele! The referee gave KSV Snaaskerke a penalty, 34 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Kim Van den Wyngaert, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of VC Winksele's Kobe Hollanders. 1-1. Vic Rockloos struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Stefan Du Molin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for VC Winksele. When Vic Rockloos came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the VC Winksele fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vic Rockloos couldn't finish the play. Vic Rockloos struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Stefan Du Molin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for VC Winksele. 46 minutes into the match, VC Winksele's goal looked a bit too open when Harold Van Houdtvinck came free, but Kobe Hollanders reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Vic Rockloos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Harold Van Houdtvinck was the one to do the kick off. 55 minutes into the match, KSV Snaaskerke's goal looked a bit too open when Vic Rockloos came free, but Stefan Du Molin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 56th minute Andreas Theunis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stefan Du Molin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stefan Du Molin came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by VC Winksele's Vic Rockloos. But to his dismay, Vic Rockloos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Stefan Du Molin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vic Rockloos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 62nd minute, Etienne Spoelberchs hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Harold Van Houdtvinck recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of KSV Snaaskerke booed when VC Winksele was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sean Engelborghs didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 67 minutes, Vic Rockloos made it 3-1 with a short kick to the right side. KSV Snaaskerke's Stefan Du Molin tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Andreas Theunis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Stefan Du Molin having to make a save. When VC Winksele's Andreas Theunis in the 73rd minute got a chance for a shot 73rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye KSV Snaaskerke's goalie prevented a goal. Vic Rockloos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Abraham Franckx's late challenge caught a VC Winksele's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Abraham Franckx helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, KSV Snaaskerke's Abraham Franckx got a free kick in the 80th minute. Stefan Du Molin came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by VC Winksele's Andreas Theunis. But to his dismay, Andreas Theunis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. VC Winksele's attack was well implemented in the 88th minute, but when Andreas Theunis was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. In the 90th minute, Andreas Theunis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Renaud Ottevaere's late challenge caught a VC Winksele's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Renaud Ottevaere helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to KSV Snaaskerke getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Renaud Ottevaere hit a great ball. Vic Rockloos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 99th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. There was no doubt that VC Winksele were the better team. VC Winksele's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
