After 3 played minutes Redu got a freekick which was hit by Dany-Adams Streels. 8 minutes into the match, Vijversele's goal looked a bit too open when Norbert Van de Goor came free, but Louis Smidts reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Teun Vandenbosch struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Matthis Adams didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vijversele. When Maxim Van Bever came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Vijversele fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maxim Van Bever couldn't finish the play. If Maxim Van Bever had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Matthis Adams didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 27th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. Matthy Schoenmakers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Louis Smidts tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bernd Van de kauter could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Matthis Adams made a huge save. When Guy Wuttemans fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Redu's protests and gave Guy Wuttemans a yellow card for diving instead. When Vijversele's Teun Vandenbosch in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Redu's goalie prevented a goal. Matthis Adams stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Teun Vandenbosch's shot from short distance in the 45th minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Teun Vandenbosch was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Redu's goal looked a bit too open when Maxim Van Bever came free, but Matthis Adams reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 53rd minute Vijversele were awarded a corner. Maxim Van Bever went to the cornerflag to take it. Karel Gressens made a great header on Vijversele's corner, it was just that Redu's Matthis Adams managed to reach the ball for a save. With 55 minutes on the clock, Freddy Sielis commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 54 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Redu! The referee gave Vijversele a penalty, 58 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Maxim Van Bever, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Redu's Matthis Adams. 2-0. Teun Vandenbosch struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Matthy Schoenmakers who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 75thth minute tested the skills of Louis Smidts when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When Teun Vandenbosch came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Vijversele fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teun Vandenbosch couldn't finish the play. Matthis Adams didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Teun Vandenbosch went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. When Vijversele's Teun Vandenbosch in the 81st minute got a chance for a shot 81st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Redu's goalie prevented a goal. Matthy Schoenmakers sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Matthis Adams showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teun Vandenbosch, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Matthis Adams stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Teun Vandenbosch's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. Matthis Adams didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Vijversele's Teun Vandenbosch shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 4-0 in the ordered_time% minute. Maxim Van Bever kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Matthy Schoenmakers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Louis Smidts tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Louis Smidts made an important save on a dangerous shot by Matthy Schoenmakers in the 95th minute. When the referee ended the match the Vijversele players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
