The supporters of Real Saltamontes booed when KFC Male was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wannes Panhuyse didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Edmond Jannis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Andreas Carels was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. If Fransesco Uytebroeck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. KFC Male's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Real Saltamontes the free kick. A very good chance. In the 16thth minute of the game Edmond Jannis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KFC Male's Andreas Carels was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Sylven Henskens had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, KFC Male's Wannes Panhuyse got a free kick in the 21st minute. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Real Saltamontes's goalkeeper Ioan Ciocârlan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Edmond Jannis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Andreas Carels tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 27th minute Edmond Jannis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andreas Carels saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edmond Jannis in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Andreas Carels prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpected shot in the 40th minute by Kang Hong Yu got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Kang Hong Yu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jorden Verdonck fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ioan Ciocârlan having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the match clock showed 52 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Edmond Jannis sped through KFC Male's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Andreas Carels. When Real Saltamontes's Edmond Jannis in the 56th minute got a chance for a shot 56th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. When Edmond Jannis came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Real Saltamontes fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edmond Jannis couldn't finish the play. Andreas Carels took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kang Hong Yu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Real Saltamontes getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Kang Hong Yu hit a great ball. Ye Xiao Yi took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Andreas Carels. Andreas Carels dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. After having played for 76 minutes, Edmond Jannis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Real Saltamontes's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edmond Jannis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tran Volens hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Andreas Carels stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edmond Jannis's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. Sylven Henskens fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andreas Carels having to interfere. Andreas Carels didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edmond Jannis went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in KFC Male's zone, Sylven Henskens stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Andreas Carels came out of the goal and Sylven Henskens tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 92nd minute Edmond Jannis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andreas Carels saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
