Spectators: 7491 (Terracing: 5619, Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 149) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Emilio Marconi kicked off to start the match. 5 minutes into the match, FC Soccer Bears's goal looked a bit too open when Andrez Caers came free, but Teun Sterckx reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sporting Lokeren's Bahattin Özdinç got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 17 minutes into the match, FC Soccer Bears's goal looked a bit too open when Andrez Caers came free, but Teun Sterckx reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 20 minutes into the match, FC Soccer Bears's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Moscatelli came free, but Teun Sterckx reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 21 minutes into the match, FC Soccer Bears's goalkeeper Teun Sterckx had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bernard Van Baerlem. Octavian Godeanu hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Cihat Yıldırım recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cihat Yıldırım in the 26th minute of play forced Sporting Lokeren's goalkeeper Christopher Callens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 28th minute, Emilio Marconi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Christopher Callens was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. When Andrez Caers came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Sporting Lokeren fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Andrez Caers couldn't finish the play. Jaspar Van der Borght took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Teun Sterckx. Teun Sterckx dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. 42 minutes into the match, FC Soccer Bears's goal looked a bit too open when Andrez Caers came free, but Teun Sterckx reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jaspar Van der Borght got free with Teun Sterckx in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 46 minutes into the match, FC Soccer Bears's goal looked a bit too open when Andrez Caers came free, but Teun Sterckx reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Andrez Caers to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute Bernard Van Baerlem shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teun Sterckx saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC Soccer Bears's Teun Sterckx played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andrez Caers in the 53rd minute of play. Teun Sterckx showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernard Van Baerlem, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Teun Sterckx came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Sporting Lokeren's Andrez Caers. But to his dismay, Andrez Caers quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. In the 58th minute Andrez Caers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teun Sterckx saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Teun Sterckx made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andrez Caers in the 60th minute of play. A collision led to FC Soccer Bears getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Georges Enskens hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andrez Caers in the 66th minute of play forced FC Soccer Bears's goalkeeper Teun Sterckx to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Teun Sterckx showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andrez Caers in the 72nd minute of the match. Teun Sterckx showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andrez Caers, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Michael Scheppers during the 74th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 74 played minutes FC Soccer Bears got a freekick which was hit by Michael Scheppers. After a defensive mix-up in FC Soccer Bears's zone, Bernard Van Baerlem stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Teun Sterckx came out of the goal and Bernard Van Baerlem tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Teun Sterckx took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andrez Caers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 80th minute Andrez Caers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teun Sterckx saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 83 minutes into the match, Bernard Van Baerlem had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Teun Sterckx. FC Soccer Bears's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bernard Van Baerlem was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-1. FC Soccer Bears's Teun Sterckx played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andrez Caers in the 89th minute of play. 90 minutes into the match, Julian Moscatelli notched a goal, 7-1, to the right of FC Soccer Bears's Teun Sterckx. Teun Sterckx was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Teun Sterckx made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andrez Caers in the 94th minute of play.
