Spectators: 7380 (Terracing: 5536, Seating: 1697, VIP seats: 147) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Jannic Van der Veeren kicked off to start the match. Anthony Van Den Casteele, 16 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Binjamin Van Huytvenne who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 19thth minute tested the skills of Basiel Fabry when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Timothy Everts charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Timothy Everts the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 20th minute, one of KV Dribbel:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for KV Dribbel. Basiel Fabry went to the wrong direction when Anthony Van Den Casteele was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Emanuel Rix fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Basiel Fabry having to interfere. Emanuel Rix received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Basiel Fabry came out and tried to block the shot, but Emanuel Rix slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 30th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuel Rix in the 38th minute of play forced KV Dribbel's goalkeeper Basiel Fabry to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 39 minutes into the match, Jonge-Warriors's Binjamin Van Huytvenne sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Basiel Fabry narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Emanuel Rix stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Emanuel Rix left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Jonge-Warriors fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. After a rather tough play, KV Dribbel's Tommy Van Gheel got a free kick in the 65th minute. Emanuel Rix struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Basiel Fabry didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jonge-Warriors. In the 71st minute, Jannic Van der Veeren fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Wannes Demuynck, passed just outside the right post. When Aime De Reijck fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Jonge-Warriors's protests and gave Aime De Reijck a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Jonge-Warriors's Aime De Reijck got a free kick in the 76th minute. After recieving a nice pass, KV Dribbel's Wes Hagemans tried to score from far away in the 77th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 80 minutes into the match, Jonge-Warriors's goalkeeper Wannes Demuynck had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jannic Van der Veeren. After 81 played minutes Jonge-Warriors got a freekick which was hit by Jeffery Gysemans. When Emanuel Rix came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Jonge-Warriors fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emanuel Rix couldn't finish the play. Dante Valcke sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jannic Van der Veeren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Wannes Demuynck tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jonge-Warriors's Wannes Demuynck proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Jonge-Warriors from getting a goal against them. If Arthur Selleslags had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jonge-Warriors's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
