Henk Libesoons's late challenge caught a VC Nudorp's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Henk Libesoons helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of VC Nudorp booed when Donkerput was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Henk Libesoons didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rens Van den Plas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Tim-Jan Van den Broeck tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 29thth minute of the game Guido Bastiaens who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but VC Nudorp's Glen Van der Borght was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Donkerput's Guido Bastiaens in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye VC Nudorp's goalie prevented a goal. Julien Andries sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Guido Bastiaens might have been able to make a better finish in the 41st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Glen Van der Borght. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Guido Bastiaens ran back to his position shaking his head. If Charles-Antoine Jannis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Charles-Antoine Jannis to strike the kick off in the second half. Glen Van der Borght showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Charles-Antoine Jannis, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. The audience was convinced that Charles-Antoine Jannis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Glen Van der Borght was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. Glen Van der Borght showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Charles-Antoine Jannis in the 68th minute of the match. VC Nudorp's Rens Van den Plas got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Charles-Antoine Jannis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Glen Van der Borght made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Guido Bastiaens sent off a good shot on target. Glen Van der Borght showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Charles-Antoine Jannis, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. If Charles-Antoine Jannis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Donkerput's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
