Spectators: 7524 (Terracing: 5644, Seating: 1730, VIP seats: 150) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Naldo Pires kicked off to start the match. Kamiel De Muysere showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rajmond Seveneijnts, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Giovanny Marchal scored 0-1 in the 8th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kamiel De Muysere, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Naldo Pires in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Michael Vlimmens saved Molenstede from getting behind. Michael Vlimmens took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kobe Devaux, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Boom's Kamiel De Muysere played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rajmond Seveneijnts in the 14th minute of play. Goffrey Verhaert charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Goffrey Verhaert the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 15th minute, one of Molenstede:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Molenstede. Kobe Devaux walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. When Molenstede's Giovanny Marchal in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Boom's goalie prevented a goal. Goffrey Verhaert kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Anthonio Kest hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. 26 minutes into the game, Naldo Pires recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Michael Vlimmens. Naldo Pires showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Kobe Devaux recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kamiel De Muysere showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rajmond Seveneijnts in the 31st minute of the match. The supporters of Molenstede booed when Boom was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Willem-Jan Van der Vorst didn't get a good kick on the ball. Boom's Kamiel De Muysere played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Giovanny Marchal in the 34th minute of play. In the 40th minute, Adolphe Vissenaeckens hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tom Wickander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 47 minutes into the match, Molenstede's goalkeeper Michael Vlimmens had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anthonio Kest. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Giovanny Marchal to strike the kick off in the second half. After 54 played minutes Boom got a freekick which was hit by Etienne Van den Brul. 55 minutes into the match, Boom's goalkeeper Kamiel De Muysere had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Iosif Dugulescu. Nic Anthonis kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. If Iosif Dugulescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The nice shot from Giovanny Marchal in the 59thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Kamiel De Muysere had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. Tom Wickander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kamiel De Muysere having to interfere. In the 63rd minute Staf Staes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Michael Vlimmens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Molenstede's Giovanny Marchal slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Kamiel De Muysere. That made the score 1-2 after 66 minutes of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Giovanny Marchal in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kamiel De Muysere saved Boom from getting behind. A collision led to Boom getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Anthonio Kest hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Naldo Pires in the 76th minute of play forced Molenstede's goalkeeper Michael Vlimmens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Giovanny Marchal's late challenge caught a Boom's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Giovanny Marchal helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Molenstede's Giovanny Marchal got a free kick in the 77th minute. Giovanny Marchal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Kamiel De Muysere tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rajmond Seveneijnts sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Naldo Pires in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Michael Vlimmens saved Molenstede from getting behind. In the 86thth minute of the game Giovanny Marchal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Boom's Kamiel De Muysere was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Naldo Pires in the 89th minute of play forced Molenstede's goalkeeper Michael Vlimmens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 93 minutes into the match, Naldo Pires notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Molenstede's Michael Vlimmens. Michael Vlimmens was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
