Spectators: 7513 (Terracing: 5635, Seating: 1728, VIP seats: 150) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Janes Enskens made the kick off which started today's match. Klaas Costermans fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucas Hatch having to interfere. After a rather tough play, KSV Roeselare's Isidoor Gillekens got a free kick in the 10th minute. After 17 minutes of play, Chestion's Klaas Costermans made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lucas Hatch was left in no man's land by his defense there! Chestion's defense didn't have a chance, in the 21st minute, when Janes Enskens scored to the left of an out of position Mario Van Eijken, making the score, 1-1. After 24 minutes, Tibau Demets mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the KSV Roeselare and the Chestion players grew even worse after the yellow card. Janes Enskens received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Mario Van Eijken tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tibau Demets made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 30thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Mario Van Eijken would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. After having played for 32 minutes, Cornelis Reynders managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chestion's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cornelis Reynders was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Chestion's Mario Van Eijken played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joos Lambrechs in the 34th minute of play. Mario Van Eijken showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Janes Enskens, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. When Mats Van Boxstael fell near the penalty area in the 38th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored KSV Roeselare's protests and gave Mats Van Boxstael a yellow card for diving instead. Mats Van Boxstael hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Chestion's Mario Van Eijken played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Janes Enskens in the 41st minute of play. Mario Van Eijken made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tibau Demets in the 42nd minute of play. Janes Enskens's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 46thth minute, Mario Van Eijken skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Mario Van Eijken made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Janes Enskens in the 53rd minute of play. 55 minutes into the game, Pierre-Alexandre Castermans was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. KSV Roeselare's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chestion the free kick. Pierre-Alexandre Castermans kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. In the 59th minute Klaas Costermans shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucas Hatch saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Klaas Costermans fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucas Hatch having to interfere. Lucas Hatch was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Samuel Maerschalckx. In the 80th minute Tibau Demets shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mario Van Eijken saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The KSV Roeselare fans' excitement grew in the 80th match minute when KSV Roeselare's Janes Enskens looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Mario Van Eijken showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joos Lambrechs in the 85th minute of the match. In the 93rd minute Janes Enskens shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mario Van Eijken saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mario Van Eijken made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joos Lambrechs in the 94th minute of play.
