Spectators: 7524 (Terracing: 5644, Seating: 1730, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Alfred Vandekerkhove took the kick off in the first half of the match. Ken Schol hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. Tommi Lanphant came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by KAA Ottignies's Alfred Vandekerkhove. But to his dismay, Alfred Vandekerkhove quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Tommi Lanphant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miguel Dauwen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tommi Lanphant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfred Vandekerkhove in the 8th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Fc jawadde's Gustave Van Havent slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Giles Tkint. That made the score 1-1 after 14 minutes of play. After 20 minutes, Alfred Vandekerkhove mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the KAA Ottignies and the Fc jawadde players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 20th match minute, KAA Ottignies was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfred Vandekerkhove to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of KAA Ottignies booed when Fc jawadde was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Octaaf Staes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dante Van Menen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee showed Dante Van Menen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 31st minute of the match Mattijs Van Langhendonck sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tommi Lanphant skillfully saved the ball. Tommi Lanphant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bastian Uijtterhoeven, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tibau Van De Wijngaert during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Giles Tkint made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gunter De Kerper in the 37th minute. 40 minutes into the match, Fc jawadde's goal looked a bit too open when Alfred Vandekerkhove came free, but Tommi Lanphant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Frits Schoovaerts kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Fc jawadde's Tommi Lanphant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miguel Dauwen in the 42nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Fc jawadde's Gunter De Kerper got a free kick in the 42nd minute. In the 44th minute, Gunter De Kerper hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tommi Lanphant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miguel Dauwen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gustave Van Havent made a kick off. In the 51st minute Alfred Vandekerkhove shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommi Lanphant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tommi Lanphant made an important save on a dangerous shot by Miguel Dauwen in the 53rd minute. In the 53rd minute, Dante Van Menen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With an all-out effort, KAA Ottignies's Tommi Lanphant threw himself towards the right post 59 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Tibau Van De Wijngaert, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 63rd minute, Tibau Van De Wijngaert reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Tommi Lanphant. The goal made the score 1-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gustave Van Havent in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Giles Tkint saved KAA Ottignies from getting behind. After 69 minutes, Dante Van Menen made it 2-2 with a short kick to the right side. KAA Ottignies's Giles Tkint tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Gustave Van Havent had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Giles Tkint came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Fc jawadde's Gustave Van Havent. But to his dismay, Gustave Van Havent quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. 80 minutes into the match, Dante Van Menen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Giles Tkint. KAA Ottignies's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dante Van Menen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Miguel Dauwen managed to get in a good position for a shot. KAA Ottignies's supporters rose to their feet, but Miguel Dauwen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tommi Lanphant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tommi Lanphant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bastian Uijtterhoeven in the 89th minute of play. Tommi Lanphant made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Miguel Dauwen sent off a good shot on target. Giles Tkint came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Fc jawadde's Gustave Van Havent. But to his dismay, Gustave Van Havent quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-2. KAA Ottignies's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
