A very good chance. 16 minutes into the match, Olliver Kints dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Giovanni Pelgrims, 1-0. In the 19th match minute, Beaumont was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joost Lenoir to maneuver through the defense. Kurt Schepmans charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Carlos Vleminx took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Freddy Boffin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Carlos Vleminx made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Freddy Boffin in the 39th minute of play. Giovanni Pelgrims didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Beaumont. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Olliver Kints to make the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Olliver Kints in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Giovanni Pelgrims prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 58 minutes, Ief Krabbe mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Beaumont and the Landen players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Freddy Boffin in the 78th minute of play forced Beaumont's goalkeeper Carlos Vleminx to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ludwig Bossuyt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Landen's Freddy Boffin got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 88th minute, Joost Lenoir ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Giovanni Pelgrims was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Carlos Vleminx acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 95th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Wouter Bellinkx. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Beaumont had won after a very even match.
