Martijn De Metser might have been able to make a better finish in the 91st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Geert-Jan Lievens. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Martijn De Metser ran back to his position shaking his head. Koen Cesters recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Geert-Jan Lievens made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Francis De Mare in the 98th minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Belgium Red Devils walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
