Spectators: 6714 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1714, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tuur Jacobs started the match with the kick off. Tuur Jacobs struck a weak shot in the 5th minute. Wim Van den Berch didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rapid Arisdonk. Wim Van den Berch made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tuur Jacobs in the 8th minute of play. Sassport Boezinge's Willem-Alexander Engelborgh got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 16 minutes into the match, Sassport Boezinge's goal looked a bit too open when Tuur Jacobs came free, but Wim Van den Berch reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 19 played minutes Rapid Arisdonk got a freekick which was hit by Matthy Van de Velde. Ward Godet recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ward Godet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Qwinten Paschiers tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Sassport Boezinge's Willem-Alexander Engelborgh in 30 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Qwinten Paschiers guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Tuur Jacobs recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marc Simons got free with Wim Van den Berch in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Willem-Alexander Engelborgh fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Qwinten Paschiers having to interfere. Hendrik Maerschalks struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Qwinten Paschiers didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sassport Boezinge. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Willem-Alexander Engelborgh to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Ward Godet cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Qwinten Paschiers was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 55th minute, Marc Simons made a precise shot to the right of Wim Van den Berch. Sassport Boezinge's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Marc Simons sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Marc Simons had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 64th minute Marc Simons shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wim Van den Berch saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Mitch Poelmans fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rapid Arisdonk's protests and gave Mitch Poelmans a yellow card for diving instead. In the 66th match minute, Rapid Arisdonk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mitch Poelmans to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tuur Jacobs in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wim Van den Berch saved Sassport Boezinge from getting behind. When Marc Simons came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Rapid Arisdonk fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marc Simons couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Rapid Arisdonk booed when Sassport Boezinge was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yanis Kerselaers didn't get a good kick on the ball. 76 minutes into the match, Rapid Arisdonk's Tuur Jacobs sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wim Van den Berch narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Qwinten Paschiers made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Ward Godet sent off a good shot on target. Wim Van den Berch made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tuur Jacobs in the 82nd minute of play. In the 84thth minute of the game Tuur Jacobs who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sassport Boezinge's Wim Van den Berch was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 87th minute, Sassport Boezinge's Hendrik Maerschalks dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. Wim Van den Berch showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tuur Jacobs, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. After 95 played minutes Rapid Arisdonk got a freekick which was hit by Sander Van de Weijer. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Sassport Boezinge had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
