Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Jeffrey Valckeneers made the kick off which started today's match. Guust Van der Vorst fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Evert-Jan Algoedt having to interfere. If Senne Paaps had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jeffrey Valckeneers recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Evert-Jan Algoedt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jeffrey Valckeneers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 21st minute Stefan Raemakers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bertan Helsens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Stefan Raemakers came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Sassenhout fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stefan Raemakers couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Willemeau's Guust Van der Vorst got a free kick in the 24th minute. The audience was convinced that Senne Paaps's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bertan Helsens was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. Stefan Raemakers fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bertan Helsens having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Guust Van der Vorst got free with Evert-Jan Algoedt in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Senne Paaps struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Bertan Helsens didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sassenhout. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Senne Paaps made a kick off. Evert-Jan Algoedt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jeffrey Valckeneers in the 51st minute of the match. When the match clock showed 56 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Stefan Raemakers sped through Willemeau's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Bertan Helsens. Stefan Raemakers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Bertan Helsens tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Stefan Raemakerss short, quick shot in the 63rdth minute got Bertan Helsens to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Sassenhout's Felix Schellekens pulled a muscle in his leg after 65 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Matthew Theuniers charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Matthew Theuniers the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 65 played minutes Willemeau got a freekick which was hit by Matthew Theuniers. 68 minutes into the match, Willemeau's Guust Van der Vorst sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Evert-Jan Algoedt narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A hard shot 71 in the game by Stefan Raemakers from a close distance when the talented Bertan Helsens managed to make a qualified save. Willemeau's players were relieved. When the match had gone on for 80 minutes, Guust Van der Vorst put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Evert-Jan Algoedt. Guust Van der Vorst recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 87th minute Guust Van der Vorst shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evert-Jan Algoedt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anton Van Deijck's late challenge caught a Sassenhout's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Anton Van Deijck helped the player get up and apologised. In the 88th match minute, Willemeau was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anton Van Deijck to maneuver through the defense. Guust Van der Vorst received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute.
