Qwinten Paschiers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fernand Van der Perren in the 8th minute of the match. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rapid Arisdonk's Qwinten Paschiers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernand Van der Perren in the 25th minute of play. When Fernand Van der Perren fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored De Panne's protests and gave Fernand Van der Perren a yellow card for diving instead. In the 27th match minute, De Panne was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernand Van der Perren to maneuver through the defense. When Tuur Jacobs came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Rapid Arisdonk fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tuur Jacobs couldn't finish the play. Rapid Arisdonk's Qwinten Paschiers proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Rapid Arisdonk from getting a goal against them. 39 minutes into the game, Marc Simons was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rapid Arisdonk's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave De Panne the free kick. Marc Simons kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Bernard Verdun kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. 42 minutes in the game Jullian Cornelis after having made a beautiful turn got a great opportunity to score and fired away a shot that went just to the left past a relieved Qwinten Paschiers. A very good opportunity. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tuur Jacobs to strike the kick off in the second half. If Fernand Van der Perren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 54th match minute, Rapid Arisdonk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wim Schol to maneuver through the defense. Qwinten Paschiers came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by De Panne's Fernand Van der Perren. But to his dismay, Fernand Van der Perren quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. In the 61st minute Fernand Van der Perren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Qwinten Paschiers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 64th match minute, Rapid Arisdonk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernard Verdun to maneuver through the defense. Rapid Arisdonk's Marc Simons got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Marc Simons received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Loui de Reyck tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Rapid Arisdonk's Wim Schol got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Qwinten Paschiers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Peter-Jan Van Hautvinck in the 83rd minute of the match. After having played for 86 minutes, Fernand Van der Perren managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. De Panne's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fernand Van der Perren was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 90 played minutes De Panne got a freekick which was hit by Jullian Cornelis. In the 93rd minute Rapid Arisdonk were awarded a corner. Bernard Verdun went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Rapid Arisdonk's Bernard Verdun to fire away a dangerous shot which Loui de Reyck despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball.
